Mr. Hulcher has a masters in social work and is a licensed clinical social worker. He received his MSW from Boston College and is currently pursuing his doctorate in Psychology at Immaculata University. He has been in private practice since 1991.

He accepts most insurances and is comfortable working within the managed care system. Appointment hours are Mondays from 9 to 5.
