Dorothy Lowery holds a Masters degree in clinical psychology in addition to an M.T.E., a Masters in teaching English. She is a licensed psychologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a certified school psychologist and has an extensive background in school psychology and in student assistance services. She is a member of PPA, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
